FEES:
Admin Fee - $14.00/month - every utility notice will include a set fee for costs of administration. This fee is to cover costs incurred for administering utilities including but not limited to software, software licensing fees, man hours, paper products and postage.
Distribution Fee - $8.75/month - residential, commercial, non-resident connections will be charged a set fee for the use, repair, and replacement of waterlines in the Village of Milo. This fee is necessary to collect funds to maintain the water distribution system.
Sewer Fee - $16.50/month - residential and commercial ratepayers will pay a set fee of $16.50/month for the use, repair, and replacement of sewer lines in the Village of Milo. This fee is necessary to collect funds to maintain the sewer system.
Garbage Fee - $25.00/month - residential and commercial ratepayers will pay a set fee of $25.00/month to cover costs associated with the annual membership in the Vulcan District Waste Commission, and garbage collection services provided by the Village.
RATES:
Water Rates - $3.28/Cubic Meter - residential, commercial, non-resident connections will be charged the full cost recovery rate of $3.28/cu m including but not limited to the implemented 8 cu m/month.
Bulk Water Rates - $6.60/Cubic Meter - bulk water rates will remain at $6.60/cu m as the Village recognizes transportation costs incurred by bulk water customers.

Bulk Water
You can sign up for a bulk water account through the Village of Milo. All new bulk water accounts require a $50.00 initial payment for your KEYFOB. Please contact the office at (403)599-3883 or at admin@villageofmilo.ca for more information regarding Bulk Water Accounts.
Utility & Tax Payments
Village of Milo tax and utility payments can be made via cheque or debit in the Village Office. Alternatively, tax and utility payments can also be made online through Alberta Treasury Branch, or via etransfer to cao@villageofmilo.ca

The Milo Landfill is located on Range Road 220.
The hours are as follows:
Tuesday: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am to 12:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm
